Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors.

There is an elevator that can access all floors in the home, but climbing stairs is required to access some amenities, including the upper level of the boat dock.

The minimum age to book this Wander is 28.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

The pool heating fee in this home is $300 per 3 days from May to September and $500 per 3 days from October to April. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

Parties & Events
Hosting parties and events in this Wander is strictly not allowed without prior approval.

Policies
Guests must sign a rental agreement to book this Wander. A $1,000 refundable security deposit via credit card is also required.
