Casa Sol is a bright, 3-story retreat designed for laid-back living, stylish comfort, and soaking up the best of Austin—whether you're poolside, rooftop, or somewhere in between.
On the main floor, you’ll find a wide-open living, dining, and kitchen area filled with natural light. Large glass doors lead out to the backyard, where a heated pool, hot tub, grill, and plenty of lounge space set the tone for long, easy days outdoors.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, including a spacious primary suite with a wraparound balcony and large ensuite. Every bedroom on this level opens to outdoor space—either a private balcony or the oversized terrace that wraps along the back of the home.
Upstairs, the third-floor loft functions as a flexible fourth bedroom, with a queen bed and a futon that can sleep two more. It opens to the rooftop terrace, where a cozy fire pit and skyline views create the perfect spot for evening hangouts. Just off the loft is a private balcony with a hammock — a quiet place to read, nap, or enjoy a solo coffee in the breeze.
Throughout the home, you’ll find high ceilings, warm finishes, and thoughtful touches that make it easy to relax, gather, and enjoy your time together—whether you’re here for a weekend or a while.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
