Many homes in this climate are built without air conditioning, including this property. In the winter, the house remains at a comfortable ambient temperature.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home contains features that may be difficult for mobility-challenged guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

The pool at this home is not heated. The hot tub/jacuzzi is available at an additional cost of $300 MXN per day of use. Please reach out to Concierge in advance if you wish to heat the hot tub during your stay.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that this home has a unique seasonal policy: for stays during peak season (Dec 20–Jan 3 and Easter week), cancellations must be made at least 30 days before check-in to receive a refund.

Outside those dates, you may cancel at least 15 days before check-in for a refund, or 24 hours after placing your booking.

Furniture

Please refrain from standing on chairs with shoes on.

Occupancy

The number of overnight guests may not exceed the number listed on the reservation. Visitors are permitted but must be approved in advance. Please contact Concierge with your request.

Complimentary Services & Fees

This booking comes with complimentary cleaning, kitchen, and gardening service. Please note that for groups of more than 8 guests, cleaning and kitchen service is mandatory with a daily cost of $500 MXN.
