Our condo is only a 6min drive to Beaver Creek ski resort, 14min to Vail ski resort, and only 700 feet from city market where you can stock up on all groceries.

BEDROOMS
This home has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. There are a total of 3 King beds, 1 Queen Bed, 2 twin beds, and a couch in the living room.

Bedroom 1 - This secluded loft features two queen beds, an additional living room, and an en-suite bathroom. Please note this is a loft with no door.
Bedroom 2 - This master bedroom features a king bed, luxury bedding, and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3 - This modern luxury bedroom boasts a Queen bed, creating a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication.
Bedroom 4 - This tucked-away twin bed is lofted above for additional sleeping. Please note this is a loft area with no door.

BATHROOMS
You'll find 3 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find all 2 bathrooms have walk-in showers while the other has a tub/shower mix. All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully stocked kitchen. The Kitchen features beautiful countertops and modern appliances with everything you will need to cook magnificent dinners.

The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group and guests. The indoor dining table has enough seating for 6 guests. The room flows effortlessly into the spacious lounge, with big windows to let in a lot of light. Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden in and on the property. Violations will result in a minimum fine of $1,000.

IMPORTANT: These homes are on paved roads. However, this is a top ski town in America, so it snows OFTEN. You want to make sure you are prepared with AWD or 4WD. Our snow plow partner only comes anytime it’s over 5”, however if you are stuck let us know and we can help!
