This newly renovated home boasts 5 spacious bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms fully stocked with hotel grade towels, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. Additionally, there is a large secondary living area on the terrace level with two sets of bunk beds and a full bathrooom.

Our home lies within the gates of Beaver Creek with winter and summer activities including downhill and cross country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, and mountain biking.

There are 6 smart TV’s. Two on the main level, two upstairs, and two on the terrace level.

You will have full access to The Enclave Community Pool and Tennis court across the street, which is exclusive to the neighborhood, as well as the Beaver Creek Complimentary Shuttle Service which picks up at our front door upon demand via the Village Connect App. It is a quick 5 minute drive to Avon and 20 minute drive to the heart of Vail Village.

BEDROOMS:

Bedroom 1: Primary bedroom with King bed and full sized en-suite bathroom. Bed is adjustable with remote. Located on the main floor.

Bedroom 2: King bedroom with full sized jack n jill bathroom. Located upstairs.

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds with full sized jack n jill bathroom. Located upstairs

Bedroom 4: Queen bedroom with full bathroom. Located upstairs.

Bedroom 5: Queen bedroom with full sized bathroom. Located on terrace level.

BATHROOMS:

There are 5 full bathrooms stocked with hotel grade towels, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Two bathrooms are located on the top floor, a half bath plus primary en suite on the main floor, and 2 full bathrooms in the basement.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE:

The newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen boasts all-new appliances, making it a dream for any home chef looking to prepare gourmet meals for family and friends. Gather around the 10-person dining table for memorable meals, with 4 additional spots at the counter. For those who love the outdoors, enjoy al fresco dining on the beautiful patio table, all while soaking in breathtaking mountain views. This space is perfect for creating lasting memories over delicious food with the perfect backdrop!

TERRACE:

The terrace boasts a 70 inch tv with a large sectional sofa and plenty of space for large groups to spread and enjoy some relaxation. There is a queen bedroom with full bathroom and 2 sets of bunk beds (2 twin beds and 2 full beds) as well as an additional full bathroom.

OUTSIDE SPACE

Step outside onto the expansive deck, where you can soak in the breathtaking scenery that surrounds you. Whether you're enjoying a meal at the large dining table or unwinding in the hot tub under a blanket of stars, this outdoor space is designed for relaxation and enjoyment.
