This newly renovated home boasts 5 spacious bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms fully stocked with hotel grade towels, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. Additionally, there is a large secondary living area on the terrace level with two sets of bunk beds and a full bathrooom. Our home lies within the gates of Beaver Creek with winter and summer activities including downhill and cross country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, and mountain biking. There are 6 smart TV’s. Two on the main level, two upstairs, and two on the terrace level. You will have full access to The Enclave Community Pool and Tennis court across the street, which is exclusive to the neighborhood, as well as the Beaver Creek Complimentary Shuttle Service which picks up at our front door upon demand via the Village Connect App. It is a quick 5 minute drive to Avon and 20 minute drive to the heart of Vail Village. Two bathrooms are located on the top floor, a half bath plus primary en suite on the main floor, and 2 full bathrooms in the basement. KITCHEN & LOUNGE: The newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen boasts all-new appliances, making it a dream for any home chef looking to prepare gourmet meals for family and friends. Gather around the 10-person dining table for memorable meals, with 4 additional spots at the counter.
