At the heart of the property is a spacious open-air pavilion offering 270° views of the harbor and surrounding hillsides — featuring a full bar, dining area, and multiple lounge spaces ideal for cocktail hours, celebrations, and long, relaxed evenings under the stars. Nearby, a charming gazebo with a pool table provides a shaded gathering space for casual moments throughout the day.
For recreation and leisure, the estate also includes a private, lighted tennis court overlooking the ocean — offering an unforgettable setting for morning matches or evening play beneath the stars.
