Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home contains features that may be difficult for mobility-challenged guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

The pool is available for heating year-round for a $400 setup fee, plus $100 per day for each day of your booking. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

Parties, Events, & Gatherings

Filming, production activities, and events (including weddings, parties, or gatherings of any kind) require prior approval before booking. Approval is subject to review and is not guaranteed. Any additional fees related to filming or events are the sole responsibility of the guest.

Gatherings of more than 15 people are strictly not permitted without prior approval.

Legal Compliance

No illegal activities are permitted on the property. Firearms and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

Subletting

Subletting of any kind is not allowed.

Neighborhood Consideration

Please refrain from excessive loitering on the street and be mindful of the surrounding neighborhood.

Security Cameras

The home is equipped with exterior security cameras for safety and security purposes. Tampering with or covering these cameras is not permitted. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate eviction.

Long Stays

For reservations of 28 days or longer, guests are responsible for monthly utility costs, including gas, water, power, and other applicable services. A separate utility deposit will also be required.

Vendors

All outside vendors must be approved by the property management or owner prior to entry. Proof of insurance (COI) is required for any approved vendors.

Housekeeping & Luxury Services

Housekeeping services are available during your stay, including both a Refresh Service and Full Cleaning. Luxury concierge services, including private chefs, luxury vehicle rentals, boats, private jet charters, personal trainers, spa services, and more can also be arranged for an extra fee. Please reach out to Concierge for pricing and scheduling.

Primary Bathroom Jacuzzi

Please note that the jacuzzi jets in the primary bathroom are currently non-operational. All other bathtub and bathroom features are fully functional and in excellent working order.

Living Room Fireplace

The fireplace in the living room is non-operational and should not be used at any time. For safety, please do not attempt to light it.

Exclusive Neighborhood

Given the private nature of the neighborhood, should any neighbors inquire, guests may simply mention that they are friends of the owner, Lerenzo.
