Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy at any time.- Please note our occupancy includes an additional 4 beyond bed count. Game room downstairs has a futon that can be utilized for sleeping and Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.- Guests are responsible for disposing of trash at the local dumpsite in accordance with the City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on the property.- AvantStay plows and clears the driveway and one pathway to the front door. We provide shovels for guests to use should they wish to clear paths on any other part of the property.Parking Details:Guests can park 1 car in the garage and 3 in the driveway. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
