Garage/Game Room: Game room is located in 1/2 of the garage and includes a heater unit for maximum warmth in the winter. The game room includes a foosball table, darts, board games, books and puzzles are in a free-standing cabinet inside the home by the fireplace.

Big Bear Lake West is a popular area for lake enthusiasts and is where you will find majestic lakefront properties surrounding Boulder Bay, Metcalf Bay, and Fisher Cove. Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town.

Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient.

There is one parking spot inside the garage with access to the home. There are 2 spots outside the garage in the driveway.
