This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort. Exceptions will only be made for service animals, with advanced notice required.
The pool is available year-round. There is an additional fee for pool heating at this home. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
Unique Cancellation Policy
Please note that this home follows a unique cancellation policy. All reservations cancelled at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund. After that point, no refunds are available. Please review your confirmation details carefully before booking.
Beach Club Access
Guests have privileged access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club, offering a protected white-sand cove with lounge chairs, paddle board rentals, and dining at Napua Restaurant. Access does not include hotel pools or hotel amenities.
