Pool maintenance is scheduled every two weeks and may occur without prior notice. The team typically remains on the outdoor deck for only 5-10 minutes and will not disrupt your stay.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Private Property – Do Not Enter
The small park-like area down the hill is off-limits. This space is part of a neighbor’s private yard and includes their personal play set. Please do not enter or use this area during your stay.
