The main level boasts an open kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, half bath, and a spacious dining area for 8. 75in smart TV, laundry, and comfy seating are also provided.
The second level features a master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, and a small deck with seating.
Bedroom 2 on the second level has a twin bunk over a queen bed and a small game area.
Bedroom 3 offers a king bed with mountain views and a walk-in closet.
The lower level includes bedroom 4 (king), a kitchenette, full bathroom, and a cozy living room with smart TV.
Humidifiers, fans, and heaters ensure your comfort. You are not likely to miss A/C at Starry Peak due to the 8000 ft of elevation.
WiFi and Smart TVs are available, with AT&T and T-Mobile cell service.
In rare instances, WiFi may be unavailable.

Depending on the conditions you may rarely require traction devices or chains between the months of Nov/Dec and March/April to navigate the last 0.1 mile of the drive. Please arrive prepared to use these devices if needed.*
We do have a plowing service but despite this, the last 0.1 mile of the drive (Rocky Ridge Rd) is often snow packed with icy spots.
PLEASE check out Colorado Dept of Transportation traction laws which are in effect from Sept 1 to May 1 throughout the state. Following these will help ensure you don't get stuck on the highways during a storm.

Starry Peak Retreat is uniquely located where the Foothills meet the Rocky Mountains.
The property, situated on a ridge, has amazing views of the surrounding mountains.
The home is located on a gravel/dirt road and AWD/4WD with appropriate tires may be necessary for you to gain access to this home reliably in the winter and early spring months. We do have a plowing service and the last 0.8 mile of the drive can be snow packed with icy spots.
Depending on seasonal conditions, late fall through early spring, you may need traction devices to navigate the roads in the mountains during winter storms. Please arrive prepared to use these devices if needed.*
Personal vehicles are necessary to get around the area. Ride sharing services do not regularly service this area.
