If you are planning a stay with us during snowy weather, we strongly recommend arriving in an four-wheel-drive vehicle, as roads leading to the property may be snow-covered during this time. Ensuring your vehicle is equipped to handle snow conditions and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.

The mountains are home to a variety of amazing creatures, including deers and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Storage Limited

Please note that there are no closets and dressers in the bedrooms of this home. There are a few hooks and limited hanging space, so we recommend packing accordingly, especially for longer stays. A garment bag or travel organizer may come in handy.
