This spacious 2nd floor unit boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a bright den with desk and pullout sofa for extra guests, a comfortable living-room with TV area, a well-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a large screened-in patio with ample seating.

Rental includes membership in golf and social club, at an additional cost. The transfer of membership is mandatory for the Social Membership ($400 plus 6.5% applicable tax) and optional for the Golf Membership at an additional $400 plus 6.5% applicable tax.

The guest must sign our rental agreement. A fully executed copy must be provided to the Association not less than fifteen (15) days before the beginning of the lease term, together with copies of government issued photo IDs, and the completed Transfer of Membership Application Forms. As a result, NO LAST MINUTE reservations are allowed.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
