This is a private home in a cul-de-sac that is 1/2 Mile to Manatee River, 5 miles to AMI public beach, short drive to shopping centers and restaurants. Close to IMG, Bradenton Convention Center, Lecom Park for Pirates Spring Training, Lecom Medical school.

PARKING:
Driveway (Max 4 vehicles), trailer/boat parking allowed on-site.
POOL & BACKYARD SAFETY:
The private pool in the backyard is NOT GATED although there is a child safety gate available. The entire backyard is fenced in. Children need to be SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES especially in the backyard around the pool, hot tub, grill and fire pit. All guests as well as any parent/guardian of minors, will release the owners/hosts of the property from any personal injury that may occur during their stay.
NO GLASSWARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA:
Please use plastic dishware and cups by the pool.
Please help us maintain our amenities so that we can continue providing them in the future. Please DO NOT use bath towels/washcloths for makeup or removal of makeup. We supply MAKEUP towels. If hair is freshly colored, please use caution as to not stain towels.
DO NOT FLUSH anything down besides human waste/toilet paper. Additional charges may apply for clogs or stained towels.
DOG POLICY:
Low shedding-well behaved dogs are allowed. You are responsible for any damages as well as to cleanup after your dog. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $200 per trip. Please message me to discuss if your dog should happen to damage anything or has an accident so our cleaners can attempt to remove the stain. Our cleaners are very good at stain removal although if we are unable to remove the stain, you are financially responsible.
Guests have full access to the entire house. We have 2 owners closets that are locked. One shed outside is locked
We communicate strictly through Airbnb so please have the app downloaded on your phone. We are always available for anything you might need.
We live just a few miles away and are available for any questions or problems. Functional smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit in the house.
Hospitals are minutes away if needed.
