The Sunshine House:
3 bedroom/2 bath
Bedroom#1:
King ensuite - King bed, ensuite with walk-in shower, and walk-in closet

Bunk room - 2 sets of bunks, dresser, and full closet
Hall Bathroom - full bathroom with tub to be shared by the rooms on that side of the house
The Sunshine house also has a living room, game room, large kitchen, dining room, and laundry room is in the garage. Each room has a smart TV and FAST, FREE WiFi.
Out back you will find the screened lanai which houses our inground heated pool, hot tub, dining area, lounge area and several murals perfect for those photo opps. Beyond the lanai you will find our fire pit set beneath the pergola. The putting green, the corn hole and our propane grill. The yellow shed is filled with beach supplies and pool gear.
We want to lighten the load as you prepare for your trip.
The home always has condiments and spices that we have ensured are safe for consumption.

We are 6 miles to ANNA MARIA island, 7 miles to BRADENTON BEACH, and only 18 miles to SIESTA KEY! IMG less than 3 miles away. Close to State parks, historical parks, museums, fishing and boating.
We have a full guest manual in the home, with all the information you will need for our home and brochures and maps of the area, that should give you plenty to explore, if you choose to venture away from the home.
Guests have full access to the entire house. We have 2 owners closets.
We communicate strictly through your booking platform so please have the app downloaded on your phone. We are always available for anything you might need.
Functional smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit in the house.
Hospitals are minutes away if needed.

This is a free trolley that goes up and down Anna maria island and a bus comes to every stop every 20 minutes.
There are 26 stops in total on the island so you can get anywhere. FREE!
If you want to enjoy the sights on your way to the island find all the information to the Gulf Island Ferry in our guest manual. You will ride along the to the island while enjoying the sights.
Download the "mystop" app and click on manatee county to get real time updates on bus expected arrival times.
If staying in the area, we do suggest renting a vehicle.
Please note we do have cameras ONLY outside for everyone's safety.
These cameras are located by the front door and around the back of the house.
They will record audio and video.
Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy in place. Your booking platform offers trip insurance for each reservation that must be purchased at the time of reservation.
