Newly renovated and updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with a king, a queen, and 4 twins to sleep 8.
The updated kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need: stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and even extras like a crockpot, a blender, and a Keurig. The kitchen is open to the breakfast area and family room with a huge TV. Enjoy the breeze on our deck with new patio seating and a propane grill.
On the lower level is the queen bedroom, a full bathroom, a screened-in bonus area with a ping pong table, seating, a full-size refrigerator, a large TV, and access to the laundry with a new full-size washer and dryer. Beach toys, such as shovels and buckets, are stocked in the laundry room. The fenced-in backyard with a fire pit, outdoor shower, and newly built patio with a dining table to enjoy your outdoor dinner with the whole family.
Located conveniently at Driessen Beach Park with a kids' playground. Only a 7-8 minute walk from the front door to the sand. Close to groceries and shopping at Shelter Cove, and only a 10-minute drive to Coligny.
