Please be aware that wildlife populations including moose, foxes, coyotes and bears are high in the area, and we kindly remind families to keep a close eye on children, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Many homes in this climate are built without air conditioning, including this property. We provide ceiling and portable fans that can be used to stay cool and comfortable.

We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, specially on exteriors, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

If you are planning a stay with us during November to May, we strongly recommend arriving in an all-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive vehicle, as roads leading to the property may be snow-covered during this time. Ensuring your vehicle is equipped to handle wet conditions and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Storage Limited

Please note that there are no closets and dressers in the bedrooms of this home. There are a few hooks and limited hanging space, so we recommend packing accordingly, especially for longer stays. A garment bag or travel organizer may come in handy.
