Stylishly decorated with bright spaces, colorful artwork, and gold-toned accents, this home features 4 bedrooms (2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 2 bunk beds), 3.5 baths, a loft, two living rooms, a washer and dryer, and a two-car garage. Entertain the entire group over a BBQ meal on the spacious top deck off the main living room! Main floor: open concept kitchen & living room, master bedroom with en suite bathroom, wrap-around patio. Downstairs floor: second living room with wine bar, exterior sliding door to the hot tub, two bedrooms, and shared bathroom. Upstairs floor: loft with bunk beds, shared bathroom, and second master bedroom. Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C. Breckenridge Business License No.: STR20-00389 We recommend a vehicle to get to and from the Gondola, restaurants, etc. Uber is available as well. Located a short drive from the town center. Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay. Please note that the upstairs floors are accessible via a spiral staircase. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Pet Policy: This home is pet-friendly! We welcome up to 2 dogs per reservation. A pet fee of $150 per dog will apply.
