Entertain the entire group over a BBQ meal on the spacious top deck off the main living room! Main floor: open concept kitchen & living room, master bedroom with en suite bathroom, wrap-around patio. Downstairs floor: second living room with wine bar, exterior sliding door to the hot tub, two bedrooms, and shared bathroom. Upstairs floor: loft with bunk beds, shared bathroom, and second master bedroom. Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C. Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. Please note that the upstairs floors are accessible via a spiral staircase. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Pet Policy: This home is pet-friendly! We welcome up to 2 dogs per reservation. A pet fee of $150 per dog will apply.
