If you are planning a stay with us during November 1 to May 31, we strongly recommend arriving in an all-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive vehicle, as roads leading to the property may be icy or snow-covered during this time. Ensuring your vehicle is equipped to handle winter conditions and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.

Please be aware that wildlife populations including moose, foxes, coyotes and bears are high in the area, and we kindly remind families to keep a close eye on children, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Many homes in this climate are built without air conditioning, including this property. We provide portable fans that can be used to stay cool and comfortable.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home contains features that may be difficult for elderly and guests with mobility challenges - including climbing a set of stairs to access additional levels.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

This home is stocked with a starter supply of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and trash bags. These items will not be replenished once they run out.
