• Pool Closure: Beginning August 11, 2025, the pool will be closed Monday through Thursday each week due to ongoing exterior construction. It will remain open Friday through Sunday, weather permitting. The spa and gym will remain open and unaffected.

• Balcony Access: Starting August 11, 2025, building management will begin covering balconies with protective plastic film as part of the exterior construction project. During this time, balcony access will be restricted, and the view will be partially obstructed.

Everything you see inside the cabinets and closets is for you to use: kitchen supplies, cooking essentials, coffee, tea, toilet paper, clean towels and sheets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer, iron, and more!

We will go above and beyond to make your stay feel just like home.

Note: Minors (less than 18 years old) do not count as one guest pass, but are required to be accompanied by an adult to access the pool.

Walk – Brickell & Downtown area

Metromover - gets you all around Downtown/Brickell for FREE. The closest station is Fifth Street Station, only a 5 min walk away

Citi Bikes - you can pick up/drop the bike off at any station. There are many stations throughout Brickell, Downtown, and Miami Beach; the closest one is across the street, a 1 min walk away ($6.50/hr)

Metrorail - use to/from the airport or to places further away from the city center ($2.25 one way)
