Wander Broken Bow Forest

The woods are home to a variety of amazing creatures, including deer and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

As the surrounding woods do not classify as a legal hunting area, it is strictly prohibited to shoot deer or other wildlife.

Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home contains features that may be difficult for wheelchair-bound guests, including climbing a set of stairs to enter and navigate the property.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

The pool is available year-round but it can only be heated from September to April. There is a $100/day fee for pool heating at this home. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

Missing or Broken Items

Please treat the cabin as if it were your own. Put things back to their proper places and do not take anything from the home.

In case of any breakages, please notify concierge immediately. Missing items or major breakages will be charged.

Hunting

Shooting is strictly prohibited anywhere near the cabin. The surrounding woods are full of deer, but it is not a legal hunting area.

Driving

Only licensed drivers are permitted to drive ATVs in the neighborhood. Children under the age of 16 without a license are not allowed to drive them.
