Home in Broken Bow, Oklahoma

The house was absolutely beautiful just like the pictures shown on the listing. The kids were definitely entertained the entire time! All the beds were comfortable which was a big plus for us. The host was very responsive and always replied in a timely manner. The best part was being able to access the trails from the house! Saved time and a lot of hassle! We had 4 trailers parked and still had room to come in and out with vehicles and buggies. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great place overall. Very clean and comfortably accommodated two families (10 people). The amenities were a highlight, especially the basketball and volleyball areas. We loved the fire pit for s’mores, and the laundry machines were excellent. The kitchen was also extremely well stocked, which made things easy. The putt-putt course is a fun idea, though several holes aren’t quite level enough to play smoothly. That said, the hot tub is fantastic, and the projector area is a really cool addition. The laser tag setup was a bit disappointing. Compared to others on the market, the equipment felt fairly basic. It might be worth upgrading or reconsidering listing it as a feature. Overall, we had a great stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The Grand Reserve was a paradise! All that they claimed and more. All areas were clean and well appointed. Multiple screens and great internet service (important on Game Days!) Bedrooms were separate and quiet away from busy areas. And the beds! So so comfortable that we've put in an inquiry as to the mattress brand! Beds and baths are super comfortable linens, pillows and adequate number of towels. We did lots of cooking and seemed to have most of the necessities to cook our meals. But the crowning glory was the outdoor area. It was everything as described and more. The courts were we'll kept and furnished with equipment, and well lit for night play. The outdoor swings, hammocks and chairs were high quality and super comfortable. We spent many hours lounging in them between the courts and firepits. No one wanted to go inside! The back porch and hot tub area with fireplace and TV was the 2nd favorite hangout spot. This was the best vacation spot ever for an active family!
