Broken Bow Retreat

Coffee on the balcony at Magnolia Peak comes with forest views, on nearly an acre of Broken Bow woods close to Broken Bow Lake, and the day can go to the water or nowhere at all. Come back for an evening in the private hot tub under the trees and stars, a fire in the fire pit or the indoor fireplace, and a long bath in the indoor soaking tub. This 2,176 sq ft one-bedroom cabin has an air hockey table for a friendly rematch, and a casino is a short drive away.

Magnolia Peak is a spacious 2,176 sq ft cabin on nearly an acre in Broken Bow, surrounded by forest and mountain scenery. Inside, an open-concept layout with a fireplace and modern furnishings connects the living area, dining area and kitchen. Outside, a private hot tub, a balcony, a patio with a BBQ and a fire pit make the most of the trees. With one bedroom, two full bathrooms and a sofa bed, it suits couples or a small family of up to four.

-Outdoor Amenities-
Soak in the private hot tub, sip coffee on the balcony with forest views, or gather around the fire pit and outdoor fireplace under the stars. The private patio has a BBQ grill for meals outside. Nearly an acre of land gives the cabin a private, wooded feel.

-Living Area-
The open-concept living area has a cozy fireplace, modern furnishings and a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu and more. An air hockey table adds some friendly competition, and the sofa bed sleeps two more guests.

-Kitchen and Dining-
The fully equipped kitchen has a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and a coffee station. Eat in the dining area or take your meal out to the patio with forest views.

-Bedrooms and Bathrooms-
Magnolia Peak has one bedroom and two full bathrooms. The bedroom has a plush bed, and the living area has a sofa bed. An indoor soaking tub is ready for a long bath.

-Surrounding Area-
Magnolia Peak is close to Broken Bow Lake, local hiking trails and the area's attractions, and a casino is a short drive away for a night out.

A personal vehicle is necessary to get around in this area - rideshare apps are not guaranteed.

-Pool and Hot Tub Service-
We have weekly hot tub cleanings, and this day may fall during your stay. Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it has been serviced, as chemical levels are higher than usual for a short time.

-Pet Policy-
We welcome your dogs! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation if you are bringing dog(s) and how many, and we will adjust the price accordingly. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $1000. Please use the provided dog sheets before allowing your dogs on any furniture. Cats and other pets are not allowed.

-Security Camera-
There are no security cameras at this property.

-Guest Count-
A maximum of 4 guests, including children, is allowed. Please make sure the guest count matches the reservation.

-Pet Rules-
Pets must be house-trained and flea-free, may not be left unattended unless crated, and must not disturb wildlife or neighbors. Please clean up after your pets, including outdoors. Pet-related damage, odors or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges.

-Cats-
We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. We appreciate your understanding!

-Check-in and Check-out-
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and our cleaning schedule.

-Late Check-out-
Any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee for the first hour, with an additional $100 charged for every hour thereafter.

-Check-out Tasks-
Before you leave, please wash any dirty dishes or load and start the dishwasher, place used towels on the bathroom floor, leave used beds unmade, turn off all lights, check for personal items, and lock all doors and windows. No other cleaning or trash removal is required unless noted elsewhere in this listing.

-Lost and Found-
Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address.

-Quiet Hours-
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep voices and music at a respectful level outdoors at all times, and turn off all music, including portable and vehicle audio, during quiet hours. Guests are responsible for any noise fines, and a minimum $1000 fine applies to any noise citation.

-Smoking-
Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, vapes and cannabis, is not permitted inside the home. Outdoor smoking must be at least 20 feet from doors and windows, and all smoking materials must be fully put out and thrown away. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in smoke-removal charges and a $1000 fee.

-Visitors-
Only guests listed on the reservation may stay at or visit the property unless we approve it in advance, and the total number of people on the property may not exceed the listing's maximum occupancy. Please message us before inviting any visitors.

-Parking-
Please park only in the driveway or other designated parking areas on the property. Street parking is not permitted and may result in fines.

-Restricted Areas-
Any locked closet, room or storage area on the property is reserved for rental supplies and is off limits to guests. Guests may be held responsible for damage or missing items if a locked area is entered.

-Hot Tub Care-
Please shower before using the hot tub, and do not add bath products, oils or bubble bath to the water. Glass is not permitted in or near the water, and pets are not allowed in it. Please keep covers in place whenever the water is not in use. Please avoid using the hot tub right after it has been serviced, while chemical levels are temporarily higher. Misuse that requires extra cleaning, draining or reheating will be charged to the guest, and leaving a cover off may result in a servicing fee of at least $100.

-Photoshoots and Events-
Events, parties, weddings, photoshoots, filming and other commercial use of the property are not permitted without our written approval in advance. If you would like to use the home for a photoshoot or production, please message us before booking, as additional fees apply. Unauthorized commercial activity may result in a penalty of up to $10,000 and termination of the reservation without refund.

-Cell Service-
Cell phone coverage in the area may be limited or unavailable depending on your carrier. Wi-Fi is available at the property.

-Damage Waiver Policy-
Each reservation requires either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
