The cabin is located in a forested area, so you may occasionally see insects or small wildlife, particularly during certain times of the year. While nature is part of the cabin's charm, we want to minimize their presence inside.

To help with this, please keep all windows, doors, and entry points securely closed, especially in the evenings when outdoor lighting can attract insects. If you use the patio or deck, please close any screen doors promptly afterward to prevent insects from entering.

To ensure a peaceful environment for all, guests are required to keep noise levels to a minimum. Please be mindful that voices, music, televisions, speakers, and other audio devices do not create excessive noise that could disturb others.

Additionally, events, parties, and group gatherings are not permitted on the property. Any activity that could disturb neighbors or other guests is strictly prohibited.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Pool heating is available from October through April; there is a $75/day fee for heating at this home except December and January which have a $100 per day fee.

Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
