Leaving doors and windows open can attract wildlife such as insects, raccoons, bats, deer, snakes, bears, and more. To prevent wildlife from entering the home, always ensure doors and windows are securely closed.

If you encounter them in the area, please maintain a safe distance as this is their natural habitat. However, if you feel concerned or need assistance, contact the management team at 469-885-3871 for support.

This home contains features that may be difficult for mobility-challenged guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

The route includes a 4-mile stretch of dirt roads. While an SUV or larger vehicle is recommended, smaller sedans can navigate the road safely at a slower pace.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

The pool is available to be heated for an additional fee of $200/stay from January–March 1, and a fee of $150/stay from September–December 31, March 2–May. Please contact the Concierge Team at least 72 hours before check-in, to arrange this before your stay.

The pool heater will not be used for the months of June–September 1st, although the pool will remain open for use.

Please note that in the summer months (May 31st–Labor Day) the divider will be out of the spa portion of the pool and it will function fully as a swimming pool, with no spa capabilities.
