As a corner residence in this highly sought-after row of modern townhomes, Nocturne View is an inviting, contemporary retreat that comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests.
The residence’s main living level is open and bright, with a wall of windows. A striking see-through fireplace defines the boundary between the living and dining areas. This layout is ideal for cozy evenings by the fire, lively après-ski conversation at the kitchen island, and gathering around the corner dining table for eight.
The kitchen is sleek, spacious, and professionally outfitted with high-end Thermador appliances, a wine refrigerator, warming oven, built-in Miele coffee maker, and walk-in pantry. A generous island with four counter chairs makes this culinary space both functional and social, encouraging guests to linger with a drink or join in on the cooking.
The main living area flows out to the deck, with a private hot tub, built-in grill, and comfortable seating where guests can breathe in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the views.
Nocturne View’s four bedrooms are designed with comfort and style in mind. The primary suite is a corner room on the entry level with endless views that stretch down the valley. There’s a cozy fireplace, TV, and desk space. Completing this spacious retreat is an ensuite bathroom that features a long double vanity, soaking tub, and separate shower.
Three bedrooms, each with their own personalities, are located on the lower level. A corner bedroom features a queen 4-poster bed and TV. It shares a bathroom with a bunk room that is perfect for a group full of kids or teens. It boasts two full-over-full bunk beds, each with twin trundles. The third bedroom with whimsical decor, two queen beds, and a TV, features an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo.
Just a few steps from the garage is an outside staircase that leads down the hillside to walk over to Ski Time Square at the base of the Resort.
