The primary guest must be at least 30 years of age to reserve this property.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

We strongly recommend arriving in an all-wheel-drive, four-wheel-drive vehicle, or a vehicle with high ground clearance, as roads leading to the property are unpaved. Ensuring your vehicle is equipped and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Cancellation
Please note that this home follows a unique cancellation policy. All reservations cancelled at least sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund. After that point, no refunds are available. Please review your confirmation details carefully before booking.

Parties & Events
Events and celebrations with up to 100 guests are permitted with an additional fee. Please note that bachelor and bachelorette parties, as well as high school spring break gatherings, are not allowed. To host an approved event, kindly contact the Concierge for details and arrangements.
