-Pets are not permitted at the cottage. No smoking/vaping of any substance is allowed, inside and out.
-There are stairs at the front and rear of the property so please reach out to discuss any accessibility requirements before booking.
-The cottage is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and there is a fire extinguisher inside the property.
