Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

The home faces a high school across the street, so you may occasionally hear sports or light road noise.

The home sits on a private one-acre lot, and no other homes have a direct view inside.

Please note that only the downstairs bedroom has permanent window coverings, so light may come through in the early morning from the windows and glass doors. For extra privacy, portable blackout curtains are available in the downstairs dresser.

This home contains features that may be difficult for elderly and mobility-challenged guests - including climbing a set of steep stairs to enter the property and access additional levels.

Additionally, families with young children should bring their own baby gates if needed to avoid accidents on the indoor spiral staircase.

Please note that we do not allow check-ins or check-outs on major holidays, specifically Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day, New Year's Eve & Day, and the 4th of July.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
