The wildlife and water views and water access from this home are magnificent. We enjoyed the deck for both morning coffee and evening cocktails. We used the dock for the kayaks and paddle boards and our young adults had yoga time in the sun.

Our stay at Jordan’s home was nothing less than spectacular! The location of the home was great with easy access to the best restaurants. In addition the home has a very special dock where you can tie up a rental boat overnight and set sail in the morning for one of the secluded beaches along the coast in the harbor. We rented our 24 foot Boston Whaler from Ship Shops and Dave Kelley took great care of us explaining all the features of the boat and its navigation system. The channels are relatively simple to navigate and the beaches we dropped anchor at were very special. A true Cape experience! The home is also equipped with paddle boards and a kayak should you wish to set sail in the river in the back yard. This is a New Home feel with location history! The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are all very well stocked to make you feel you are at home! Good parking spaces for our vehicles. Our communication with Jordan was great When we had needs or when we had needs and questions.

We loved this property! Right on the waterway with fabulous sunsets from the deck. The living space was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The living room couch and chairs were comfy and bigger than we expected! The beds were super comfortable as well, with 3 King size and 2 queens. We would stay there again!
