Welcome to use entire space
The morning after your first night in the house, we will meet you between 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. at the house to get to know you personally and explain everything you need to know about the house and the surrounding area. Please note that this meeting is mandatory.
Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License and/or State ID will be required and requested for all bookings. NO ONE under 25 years old will be allowed to book a reservation.
We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in in each garbage can plus 2 extra, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and 2 dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself. We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.
Electricity Usage:
Electricity is charged based on actual usage at $0.20 per kWh. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out to ensure a fair and transparent calculation. We kindly ask guests to use energy responsibly during their stay. Average consumption is approximately $15-20/day.
