Welcome to your Capitol Hill retreat.
This custom-designed, four-level Richardsonian Romanesque Victorian blends 19th-century craftsmanship with modern luxury. Two spacious bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths (soon to be four bedrooms), and spa-like amenities set the tone—heated floors and towel racks in every bath, plus a primary suite with soaking tub and steam shower.
The chef’s kitchen is a dream: Viking range, dual dishwashers, farmhouse sink, separate ice maker, and a working grill built into the original brick fireplace. Multiple living areas, a powder room, and curated art fill the main level, while the lower level—with tall ceilings, heated floors, a built-in bar, and full bath—is made for entertaining or a potential private suite.
Large bay windows flood the home with light, and three living spaces provide room to unwind.
Bedrooms feature Garnier linens and down bedding; baths are stocked with plush Frette towels and Lather soaps. As with every Sojourn property, enjoy artisanal coffee, premium bath essentials, seamless self check-in, ultra-fast WiFi, and 24/7 guest support.
Step outside to a fully fenced deck for morning coffee or evening wine. From its stately stone façade to its curated interiors, this is more than a stay—it’s a piece of Washington’s living history
