Guests will enjoy access to the whole home, pool/spa (hot tub), and boat dock. Please be aware that there is a boat on the boat lift that guests are not entitled to use. This is the owners boat. Guests can position a smaller boat on the northern tip of the dock if they plan to bring a boat. Please inquire with us first if you plan on bringing a boat.

Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. There are outdoor security cameras and one located on the ground floor patio facing toward the channel.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
The garage will offer a single space to guests, in the other space the owner keeps a car which is not accessible to guests.
