The master suite also has private access to a beautiful sundeck as well as separate access to the lower level for extra privacy. Adjoining the master suite are 2 guest bedrooms, one featuring 2 King beds and the other one featuring 2 Queen beds. The second level features one guest bedroom, with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom. The first floor functions as a separate living space (perfect for group members who desire more privacy or have young ones) and features a spacious living area, a fully-equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a Queen over Queen bunk bed. Captiva village is very walkable and located just a few minutes walking distance from this home, so guests should feel at ease without a car while staying with us.

Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to check in. The contents of this will be available immediately prior to booking in the form of an eSign agreement.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
