This exquisite custom-built and recently renovated three bedroom, three bath luxury villa is located in the Pinnacle Foothills community of Troon North, a highly sought after suburb of Scottsdale, AZ known for its close proximity to the Four Seasons, hiking, dining, and golfing.
Named 'the lushest desert in the world' by National Geographic, this area of the high Sonoran desert plays host to some of the most desired and premium golf courses such as Troon North Golf Club, The Golf Club at Scottsdale, Estancia Golf Club and Desert Highlands. Over an acre of desert, boulders, cacti and beautiful native vegetation surround the home to give you a feeling of being at a lush resort, but with the privacy of your own home. The sunsets from the private outdoor patio are spectacular!
From an amenity perspective, this villa has been outfitted with nothing but the finest in appliances, furnishings, and decor. The spacious gourmet chef's kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel Viking appliances, all the latest small appliances, and multiple options for gathering as a family/group to eat, including countertop high back seating or the oversized dining table overlooking the pool, spa, and waterfall feature. Equipped with high definition surround sound in the living room, built-in stereo speakers pool side, gas fireplaces, and smart LCD/LED TVs throughout, you will be provided ample opportunity to sit back and relax in comfort and convenience if the mood suits you. Additionally, guests can look forward to simple and intuitive pool controls, all configured from within an in-house tablet that places such amenities as a waterfall feature, pool heater, lights, and spa controls all at the touch of one's fingertips.
In terms of layout, this villa is characterized by its open layout, sun-filled exposure, and huge vaulted ceilings. The master bedroom is drenched in sun by three oversized windows overlooking gorgeous mountain ranges, features a plush king sized bed, and sitting area next to the fireplace. The master bedroom features direct access to the mountain range facing patio, adjacent to the sitting area and fireplace. Great for holing up on cold nights and alternating between time spent outdoors next to the firepit and inside cozying up next to the master bedroom fireplace. For the convenience of guests, a fully equipped workspace has been provided inside the master bedroom, featuring a flat screen monitor, keyboard, and mouse for guest use. In terms of proximity to the pool area, guests can directly access the pool area through the en-suite master bathroom without having to go through the living room or any other interior corridor first. The master bathroom features both a huge walk in shower and oversized soaking tub, as well as double vanities and a bountiful walk in closet. Two other bedrooms, the primary and secondary guest bedrooms, are extremely well appointed and offer great mountain and poolside exposure, respectively. The primary guest bedroom features a king sized bed, a fully equipped en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower, and directly accesses the mountain range facing patio from a side door. The secondary guest bedroom features two single beds and a fully equipped en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and directly accesses the pool area.
Safe and quiet hiking opportunities abound in this area of Scottsdale in the rolling terrain surrounding Pinnacle Peak and the McDowell Mountain area. Take trips to beautiful Cave Creek, Carefree and Sedona, plan a five hour trip to the Grand Canyon, or take in water sports at the Saguaro Lake Recreational Area east of the home or go white water rafting down the Salt River canyon.
Convenient to restaurants and upscale shopping is nearby at the beautiful El Pedigrel Festival Marketplace, D.C. Ranch shops, and you are an easy driving distance to the Borgata, Fashion Square Mall or other major retailers. You are about 10 minutes from WestWorld for the Arabian Horse Show in February and Music Festival in April; also close to the classic auto auctions. Annual WM golf tournament is only 10 minutes away as well.
You are very close to some of the highest-rated gourmet restaurants such as award winning gourmet Mosaic and Sassi. We also love Mastro's Steak House, Gianfranco's well as dozens of other casual fun spots in that area. Day spas nearby provide affordable packages for one or romantic spa packages for couples.

Guests have access to the entire home, including all that is portrayed in the associated photography. All utilities are included with the rental, as well as free heating of the pool to 85 degrees Fahrenheit. We also include two mountain bikes with the rental that fold up and can be fit into most mid to large sized SUVs.
We recommend a rental car for guests to traverse the local area.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
