We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online. HOUSE RULES: * No smoking inside unit ($600 minimum additional odor removal fee) * Backyard hours are 8 AM - 10 PM (to be courteous to the neighbors and abide by the San Diego City Noise Ordinance) * Clean lint trap before using dryer * Clean makeup off face before using towels * Nothing besides toilet paper flushed down toilet * If you cook, you must reasonably clean kitchen before you leave ($35 service fee) * 3 Additional Daytime Guests are allowed to visit, but they must leave by 10pm. ($100 penalty/additional person per night if there are more than 3 or they stay past 10PM) * Please note, 1 small dog is allowed. There is a $125 fee per pet.
