Unit A-13 is a 2-bedroom 2-bath condo on the second floor at Sand Pebbles with ocean views and free Wi-Fi.
This condo boasts comfortable coastal furnishings and a family friendly layout. The main bedroom has a Queen bed, and there are two Twin beds in second bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Keurig for your morning brew. Enjoy it at the dining table on the balcony! Flat-screen TV's are placed in living room and main bedroom.
The Sand Pebbles oceanfront condominium complex is located within walking distance to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, Carolina Beach Lake and Tiki Bar on the pier. The complex boasts two in-ground pools and two private walkways to the beach with outdoor showers.
Pleasure Island offers many attractions both natural and commercial. A variety of restaurants (a few within just a couple blocks from Sand Pebbles) have casual to more upscale menus with daily fresh seafood specials. At Carolina Beach Marina, there are charter boats which offer charter fishing (both in-shore and deep-sea). The North Carolina Aquarium and Fort Fisher History Museum are just down the road at the south end of the island. From the aquarium, you can access tidal marsh trails and enjoy the native wildlife and flora. In the same area, you will find the Fort Fisher to Southport ferry. Take a day trip to historic Southport for antiquing and lunch on the river. If you enjoy surf fishing, you can access the south end of Fort Fisher from the Fort Fisher State Recreation Area by four-wheel drive or on foot. There are also four-wheel drive accesses on the north end of Carolina Beach at Freeman Park. Carolina Beach State Park, located on the west side of the island, offers miles of beautiful natural hiking trails, kayaking and fishing. You can rent a pontoon boat and spend a day on the water visiting islands and marshes. During the summer season, there are rides at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk for the kids as well as fireworks and live entertainment on Thursday nights. Family Night is Tuesday with special entertainment for the kids. At Carolina Beach Lake (which is the closest fresh water lake to the ocean on the eastern seaboard), there is a free outdoor family movie on Sunday evenings and an awesome Farmers Market on Saturday mornings.

Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
