Nestled in the Catsills Forest, less than 2 hrs from NYC you'll find Birch Ridge A-frame! This is a custom-built two-bed, one-bath cabin set on 6 private acres with a wall of windows that creates a magical stay with breathtaking views. You've found the perfect place to relax, hike through the private forest, roast marshmallows over the campfire, and soak up the sounds of nature. This space is made for creating memories that will last a lifetime!

The Space:
This newly built custom A-frame is set on 6 private acres in the Catskill forest just 1 mile away from Jeffersonville. The house features two full bedrooms, one bath, and a beautiful open floor plan. You have a full kitchen that has everything that you would need to prepare meals, a dining area overlooking the woods and a cozy living space with a fireplace and HDTV to snuggle up and watch a movie.

Outside features include a wood-burning fire pit, BBQ grill, propane fire table on the deck, as well as a small spring-fed stream on the property that often has running water.

Venturing out onto the property, you'll find yourself amidst the trees, providing opportunities for exploration and quiet contemplation. Whether you're an avid hiker or simply looking to reconnect with nature, the acres of woodland offer a sanctuary for outdoor enthusiasts.

You will need a car to get around, we are about 1 mile from the nearset town.

We have 6 acres of private land you are free to roam all the way back to the lake. Be respectful of neighbors private property to the right side.

I am available 24 hrs through the Airbnb app. We do have local maintenance and housekeeping.
