This new waterfront villa is conveniently located steps away from secluded Platform beach, where during a week, you might have the beach to yourself. You are also 5 min. drive to famous Magens Bay Beach. Please keep in mind that there are no private beaches on St. Thomas, so you can go visit any beach on the island. Enjoy morning coffee watching turtles emerge from the water or Eagle rays flying above the turquoise water right from your balcony. This extraordinary furnishing and modern feel will provide cozy and exceptional vacation for your family and friends. The outdoor space offers great relaxing area overlooking the Caribbean sea. Hot tub brings the resort feel with the privacy you deserve.
Exclusively to our guests we offer AFFORDABLE JEEP RENTAL WITH DELIVERY TO AIRPORT.
This is brand new villa with all customize finishes offers 2 floors. Main floor area boats kitchen and dining area, living room, powder room and laundry room. Extensive deck provides great area for entertainment, features 3 person hot tub, BBQ grill and sitting area. The upper floor offers 2 bedrooms, where each bedroom has smart TV, spacious closet and access to the balcony. The full bathroom offers all of the essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more. The upper deck offers lounging chairs. Every each bathroom has smart toilet which offers full bidet options and more. The house has 2 parking spots next to the house. The basement first floor boats water cisterns and garage. Garage is not accessible to the guests, it is kept as owner's storage. The villa is mostly off the grid, we collect our own rain water, use solar panels energy and we have our own treatment plant. In case we ran out of the water, water trucks are delivering water for the entire island, so you do not have to worry about the water running out. We are still very cautious of preserving natural resources as energy and water. We are hooked up to the electric company in case we need more energy, but please keep in mind that we live on the island and energy and water is very precious to us, so do not waste the water and do not run AC when you are not home. Pl
From the comfort of the balcony you can spot turtles, eagle rays, stingrays, sometimes even dolphins, manta and more. The views are incredible and every morning you get to enjoy the views of one of the best beaches in the world Magen's Bay Beach.
St. Thomas is very hilly island and roads are challenging in lot of places. We strongly recommend to rent 4x4 car.
The villa is located around 20 minutes away from the airport. We offer the option to rent the Jeep Wrangler 2019, 4x4, 4 doors, with complimentary pick up at the airport garage. It’s offered at daily rate $100 a day including fees, and delivery for you to the airport.
FOR YOUR BEACH TIME WE PROVIDE BEACH CHAIRS, BEACH BLANKET, BEACH UMBRELLA, COOLER, BEACH BAG AND SAND TOYS FOR YOUR KIDS. WE ALSO PROVIDE BEACH TOWELS AND HOT TUB TOWELS.
The Platform beach is right next to the house, only 3 minutes walk to the steps that takes you there. The steps are little adventures, since they are wooden steep steps. I would not recommend the steps to eldery or very small children. Please see the pictures, very unique, beautiful small hidden beach that lot of visitors can't find. You can also walk to Magens beach, it is about 25 - 30 min. walk in the water or 5 min. ride. You can use local taxis or rent our Jeep, 4 wheel drive is recommended to get around on our steep hill island, or use the opportunity to rent our Jeep Wrangler that is offered to our guests with free delivery to airport.
Peterborg is one of the prestige locations on St. Thomas. House is facing the famous Magens bay beach, rated as one of the best beaches in the world. The neigborhood is very quiet and private. Whole Peterborg area is very nice for morning or afternoon walks, which is very unusual to find on St. Thomas.
I'm available to the guests, via cell phone, email or Airbnb messages.
