Noise: This is a residential area, so we kindly ask that you keep noise levels respectful, especially after 9 PM. We want you to enjoy your stay, but we also ask that you help us maintain a good relationship with our neighbors. Outdoor Spaces: Chicago’s weather can be unpredictable, so while we have outdoor seating available year-round, please note that the patios may not always be usable during extreme weather conditions. Cleaning: We provide professional cleaning between stays to ensure a spotless and comfortable environment. However, for longer stays, additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. Check-out: Our standard check-out time is 11 AM, and while we strive to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs when possible, these are subject to availability.
