Suncadia's Prime Winter Getaway Cedar + Elk Lodge

This house is absolutely beautiful inside and out, and was very clean and spacious. We had a large group and this property accommodated us well with sleeping arrangements and the living area downstairs had room for everyone to sit. The location is also exactly what we were looking for, very quiet and peaceful. The giant fire pit in the back was perfect for when the sun was going down as well as the barbecue easy to use. Marina was also able to accommodate us for an early check in and gave clear instructions for everything we needed to know. Overall an amazing vacation!

Cedar & Elk was a wonderful getaway for my group of friends. The house is large with nice, big fire pit and hot tub outside for enjoyment. The house came with all necessary cooking supplies and the grill outside is easy to work. The bedrooms are big with comfortable beds. We didn’t need to use the bunk bed room but it looked perfect for kids. The entertainment room is large with a big, comfortable sectional and shuffle board. The sectional has a pullout bed which was also comfortable. There are plenty of bathrooms to go around, with three of them connected to bedrooms. I highly recommend this place for a fun getaway for families or friends.

This house was the perfect size for my friends and I to celebrate my birthday weekend after the New Year! It was completely unexpected, but we had snowman in the backyard and a huge christmas tree in the living room with additional christmas-themed decorations around the house. There was so much space for 10 people to enjoy that we barely entered the second living room. They have almost everything imaginable in a kitchen and all of the appliances are new/run super quiet so doing laundry or dishes was not inconvenient at all! The hot tub was super nice with the current snowy conditions and I can imagine the backyard is even more enjoyable in the summer. The front yard was plowed and we didn’t have to worry about many neighbors this time of year, though we said hello to some of the neighbors who were sledding nearby! Would definitely recommend this place if you want luxury + a small retreat
