The property and house were amazing and beautiful - easy access right on the lake and gorgeous views everywhere; Justin’s place provided so many cool amenities like the jacuzzi, games, videos/media, and other items for maximizing our enjoyment of the lake - including canoes, paddle boards, boat docks, fishing gear, and more; Justin was super responsive throughout the entire process, from the reservation through to the end of the stay; we would happily stay at this wonderful property again

We had an incredible stay at Justin’s home on Coeur d’Alene Lake! The location is absolutely spectacular, with some of the most breathtaking views we’ve ever experienced on the lake. We spent countless hours out on the deck just taking in the scenery—it was incredibly peaceful. One of our favorite features was the private dock. We rented a boat, and they were able to deliver it right to the dock, which made getting out on the lake unbelievably convenient. Being able to walk down to the boat whenever we wanted and then come back to relax on the deck overlooking the water made the whole experience feel like a dream vacation. The home itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The only minor issue we ran into was that the fireplace in the master bedroom is see-through into the adjoining room, so we simply hung a blanket over it for privacy. It was an easy fix and certainly didn’t take away from our stay. Overall, this was an outstanding property.

This was an incredible house with incredible views. We enjoyed the large windows and ate multiple meals on the deck. The dock is large and in deep enough water that we kept our 23' boat tied up to it. We never ran out of water. The only criticism is the outdoor kitchen and pergola are not in the best shape.
