The rear deck features a large 10 person dining table perfect for soaking in the views.

While the home boast outdoor stream views there is no access to swim in the stream. The property does have steep drop-offs so small children should be watched when outside. While the house is on 8 acres with good privacy it is still part of a subdivision, so please do not speed down the street or be disruptive to the neighbors.
