The pool reopens after March 1, weather permitting. • Pool & Spa Maintenance: The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced once weekly. • Pool Heating (In-Season Only): Available during operational months for $345 per day. Heating applies to the pool only and is not available during the winter closure period. • Pool Depth: 5 FT • Pets: Up to 2 dogs allowed with a $250 pet fee. Pets must remain off furniture and be crated if left unattended. Excess fur or damage may result in additional cleaning fees. • Weddings & Events: – Wedding event fee: $2,000 – Must have a licensed wedding coordinator • Maximum Occupancy: 16 guests total (including adults, children, and infants). Guests are responsible for additional items beyond the starter supply. • Trash: Please secure all trash inside the provided locked bear-proof container. Do not leave food or trash outdoors. • Weather & Travel Insurance: No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
