Our home is conveniently located just 5 minutes off the interstate, making it easily accessible for all guests. Park in the parking garage and catch an Uber / Lyft downtown. The pool reopens after March 1, weather permitting. • Pool & Spa Maintenance: The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced once weekly. • Pool Heating (In-Season Only): Available during operational months for $345 per day. Heating applies to the pool only and is not available during the winter closure period. • Pool Depth: 5 FT • Pets: Up to 2 dogs allowed with a $250 pet fee. Pets must remain off furniture and be crated if left unattended. Do not leave food or trash outdoors. • Weather & Travel Insurance: No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. • No Smoking / No Parties: Strictly enforced. • Noise Policy: Noise complaints or law enforcement calls will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. • Amenity Disclaimer: All amenities (including outdoor furniture, Wi-Fi, and appliances) are inspected prior to check-in; however, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality during your stay. • Cancellation Policy: We adhere strictly to Airbnb’s cancellation policies.
