2 acres of lakefront property, this 6 bed, 5.5 bath house is a wonderful place to vacation year round! Inside enjoy stylish & fully furnished rooms w/ modern amenities. Outside a sprawling yard, hammock, wood swings, private beach & dock, fire pit, hot tub & outdoor shower. Across the street are Copake CC and The Greens, offering golf & year-round dining.
The main floor offers fabulous views of the lake from inside the open plan living/kitchen/dining area or the outdoor deck with hot tub & fire place.
The living room boasts high ceilings, comfortable furniture & a large fire place while the dining room offers seating for 12 people & a cozy coffee nook overlooking the lake. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, 2 sinks, an ice maker, cookware & all the dish/glass ware you'll ever need!
Downstairs is at lake level, so you'll have direct access to the yard & outdoor shower through sliding glass doors. You can also relax in the large pit sofa or play a round of ping pong.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom on the main floor & 2 bedroom on the lake level. Sleeping spaces 13 & 14 are on an oversized couch that can easily be set up to sleep two adults and the 15th sleeping spot is on a fold down sleeper couch in the upstairs primary bedroom.
There are 2 bathrooms upstairs (1 ensuite), 1.5 bathroom on the main floor (en suite and half bath) & 2 bathrooms on the lake level.
Located along a quiet road just across from Copake Country Club. The Greens restaurant is a short walk or golf cart ride away. The area is very walking, running and biking-friendly.
Plenty of space to park cars in the driveway. Walk around the lake, take the golf cart up to The Greens, or hop in your car to head to nearby towns (Hillsdale, Hudson, Great Barrington).
Boats are not included and must be rented through mickeys marina
We do not break up weekends, Fridays and Saturdays must be booked together. July, August, and holidays have a 4-night min.
Please carefully read all cancellation policies. Guests are given an option for booking insurance through Airbnb or can purchase outside the platform separately. Refunds will not be given for circumstances outside of the hosts control such as weather, health or anything else.
Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see small and large wildlife including insects, squirrels, deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
