McGill's at Crested Butte

The Slogar
An American restaurant specializing in skillet-fried chicken served in a charming 1880s Victorian setting. They offer a unique family-style dining experience with a fixed menu that includes a relish plate, followed by their renowned fried chicken accompanied by comforting sides. Reservations are highly recommended. Open 5 PM - 9 PM, Tuesday-Saturday; closed Sunday-Monday.
The Hideout

An intimate French and American cuisine dining experience in a quaint wooden cabin (note: only 28 seats available). Presents a seasonal multi-course tasting menu featuring the freshest ingredients from land and sea, priced at $200 per person, with wine pairings available for an additional $125. Open 5 PM - 9 PM Monday-Tuesday; 6 PM seating, Thursday-Sunday. Tip: On Mondays and Tuesdays the restaurant offers a more casual a la carte menu, known as Miette.

A world-renowned mountain biking destination, Crested Butte offers over 750 miles of spectacular trails with diverse terrain and stunning mountain landscapes. The most famous trails include Trail 401, known for its epic alpine descent and knee-high wildflowers, Lupine Trail with its scenic route near Slate River Road, and challenging routes like Strand Hill and Teocalli Ridge. Mountain bike season typically runs from May through October.
Ski lifts at Crested Butte Mountain Resort
A scenic ski lift network at Crested Butte Mountain Resort provides access to 1,547 skiable acres and a variety of terrain for all skill levels. The Gold Link lift offers convenient access to the entire mountain, while the private "First Tracks" shuttle service ensures easy transportation to the base area. Open daily in the winter season, typically from November through April. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views and quick lifts to maximize their time on the slopes.
