Welcome to Aspen Ridge Stargazer, a luxury cabin retreat in the Colorado Rockies! This newly remodeled, Scandinavian-inspired cabin is an hour from Colorado Springs, two hours from Denver, and perfectly situated for any Rocky Mountain adventure! Relax in the hot tub, challenge your friends to ping pong in the game garage, make s’mores around the fire pit, or lay back and watch the night sky on the custom-made stargazing net. We invite you to make lifelong memories at Aspen Ridge!
The cabin was renovated in 2024 and features two completely new bathrooms and an updated kitchen with brand-new appliances and washer/dryer. Vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows provide ample natural light and amazing views of the 4.5 private acres of land. The extra-large loft includes a game nook with amenities to keep everyone entertained including a record player, board games, Roku TV with Nintendo, and a telescope to observe the beautiful night sky.
BEDROOMS:
Master bedroom: This Room has a KING bed and dedicated workspace. A full bathroom with a shower is just outside the bedroom.
Loft Bedroom: This space has two queen beds and a bathroom.
KITCHEN AND DINING:
The fully equipped kitchen has all new appliances (2024), pots and pans, plates, cups, wine glasses, baking dishes, toaster oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, kettle, and basic cooking needs such as oil/salt/pepper.
WORK SPACE:
We have a dedicated workspace in the master bedroom. The house is equipped with Starlink WIFI for the fastest possible internet coverage.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
Aspen Ridge sits on 4.5 private acres, providing exceptional privacy and plenty of space for kids (and dogs!) to run around. Bistro lights, BBQ grill, and a dining table and chairs create the perfect ambiance for outdoor dining. In front of the cabin, there is a firepit with Adirondack chairs and a 4-person cedar hot tub. Additionally, there is a custom-made stargazing net for daydreaming during the day and observing the amazing stars at night.
GAME GARAGE:
Our game garage includes ping pong, foosball, and air hockey. Please note the garage is not heated.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.
Guests will have access to the following neighborhood amenities: basketball court, pickleball courts, and disc golf. Please note there is no access to the indoor pool and exercise room.

The morning of check-in we will send you a link which contains an electronic guidebook. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We have also included our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.
-Pets: No more than 2 house-trained and well-behaved dogs per reservation. There is an additional $100 pet cleaning fee per reservation. Additional fees will be charged to repair/replace damaged items or for any extra cleaning required due to pet stains.
-WIFI: We have Starlink high-speed internet for the fastest possible internet service.
-Stairs: The cabin has a few steps leading onto the deck to the front door and off the back patio. There is one set of stairs with a hand-railing inside the cabin.
-Smoking: No smoking/vaping inside or outside the cabin.
-Security Cameras: We have outdoor security cameras near entrances to the cabin.
-Driving/Parking: Aspen Ridge is located on a dirt road 4 miles off the main paved road.Though the neighborhood roads are well-maintained, there are some steep hills leading to the cabin. In all seasons, we recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle.
-There are two parking spaces on a paved driveway in front of the garage and additional parking for two more cars on the dirt driveway in front of the cabin. Please do not park on the road.
-Fire Safety: Wildfires are a serious concern. Please exercise the utmost caution when using the grill, firepit, and wood-burning stove. Absolutely no open fires are allowed. There are several fire extinguishers on site. Please have a fire extinguisher nearby when using the grill, firepit, and wood-burning stove. Firewood for the wood-burning stove is not provided, so if you wish to use the stove, please pick up small firewood on your way to the cabin. You will not be allowed to use the fire pit or outdoor grill during a county-mandated fire ban.
-Parties: We enforce a strict no parties policy. The house can sleep up to 6 people. We will charge a fine if more than 6 people are on site.
-Noise Ordinance: The cabin is located in a HOA community, and we highly respect our neighbors. Therefore, we ask that you minimize outdoor noise from 10 pm to 8 am.
-Air Conditioning: There is no AC in the cabin. Fortunately, the average high temperature in the summer is in the mid-70s.
-Please note that the two queen beds are located in the loft with no door. One wall is open leading to the living space and stairs
