Ladybugs are a natural part of the local environment and are more common during certain times of the year. As temperatures change, they may seek warmth and shelter and can occasionally be seen inside the home. They are harmless and pose no health risk. While every effort is made to keep the home well-sealed and meticulously maintained, their presence can occasionally occur due to the surrounding climate and natural setting.

If you notice ladybugs indoors, they can be gently relocated or vacuumed and released outside. We kindly recommend avoiding crushing them, as this may cause light staining.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

You must be at least 28 years of age to book this Wander.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule of 10 guests. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

The pool at this home is not heated.

Bathroom Door Notice
Please note that two bathroom doors in the home are currently damaged and pending repair. In the meantime, curtains have been installed to provide privacy. We appreciate your understanding as we work toward a permanent fix.
