Superhero Estate is a 12-bedroom home in The Village Orlando designed for large families and groups, with 3 themed kids' rooms, Trampoline, home theater with a 100-inch television, and arcade.

Entrance/Great Room The grand foyer of this truly unique, transitional-style mansion gives way to the great room: a spacious spot for lounging and socializing in the comfort of plush, oversized couches and chairs.

Kitchen & Dining The adjacent open-concept chef's kitchen with bar stool seating is the perfect backdrop for prepping and enjoying those super-heroic meals you're famous for. You'll find the high-end finishes of your kitchen dreams—from stone countertops to bright white custom cabinetry, all fully stocked with your go-to cooking supplies and gadgets.

Kick your dining experience up a notch with a formal spread in the massive dining room, designed to comfortably accommodate 16 guests. Bonus: This space doubles as a conference room if a meeting is in order!

Pool & Patio The entertainment begins in your private, screened pool and spillover spa. Lounge and float in this Polished oasis, or enjoy some outdoor sports, like pool basketball, ping-pong, and foosball. Enjoy the covered poolside deck with tables and chairs, or fire up the grill* in the summer kitchen for some alfresco dining and a glass of wine.

Start with a peek at the first floor's incredible Mini Hideout room—this home's extra-special and extra-spacious "12th bedroom." Designed like a secret laboratory with metallic accents, ladders, and a curvy blue slide, this room's décor features a crew of mischievous mini creatures that come to life in bright, vivid wall art. Three hidden bunk beds sleep up to six lucky kids (or kids at heart).

On the second floor, the Superhero's Hideaway will make your little ones feel like the real deal with superhero wall art, colorful hideaways, and even a door to a secret Spy Agency. Be transported "underground" to an incredible secret lair, or drop down the two slides to quickly "jet across town" and save the day!

Next door, the glittery Wintry Wonder room brings to mind a faraway frozen land, inviting your little snow princes and princesses to discover their superpowers. Here, a ladder leads to a play loft, an icy blue slide brings them back to ground level, and a cozy Nordic cottage and ice-covered mountain hide two bunk beds where dreams are always enchanted.

Bedrooms (King, Queen, & Full) Designed to pamper your grownup guests, nine additional sumptuous bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are spread across the first and second floors.

Downstairs, find a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a regular king bedroom, and a master queen bedroom that features a double-door walkout to the pool area. Upstairs, discover five beautifully appointed king bedrooms and one bedroom with two full beds. Each sleep haven caters to grownup tastes with plush bedding, upscale transitional-style décor, and a soothing palette of taupes, grays, and blues.
